Developing and practicing mindful relationship habits

Most love relationships do stall after the initial infatuation phase.This is the time when irritations with your partner start to show up and your own insecurities and past wounds begin to seep through the perfect facade you present to one another in early days. Mindfulness simply means to pay attention, to be present, to be engaged, to be aware, to be conscious. When you apply these behaviors to your relationship, it can only grow stronger and more joyful. By developing and practicing some of the relationship habits, you can reignite old feeling and buld a healthier, happier, and more mindful relationship with your partner.

Speaking kindly and respectfully to your partner.
Experssing your own emotions calmly and clearly.
Expressing physical affection.
Showing empathy and sympathy for your partner.
Showing interest in your partner and his or her interests.
Being truthworthy.
Apologizing and forgiving easily.
loyalty and friendship.
praise your partner in public.
Hugging, cuddling,kissing often.
consciously placing the relationship in high priority over work,hobbies, and other life distractions.
Helping and supporting your partner to grow beyond those weaknesses and feel safe and loved.
Take a long walk together.
Take turns treating each other to a back rub, foot rub and head rub.
No devices allowed while dining together.
No devices allowed when you are in bed together.
No devices allowed when you go on fun outings together.
No using devices when one partner is trying to talk to the other.
