1.The bright sunlight, chirping of birds and morning breeze make you happy. Be a morning riser. This will make you happy and healthy.
2.Listening to soothing music can keep you distracted from issues that really don't need your attention.
3.Meditating is the best way to manage stress. Forget about everything else in the world close your eyes for 15-20 minutes and meditate before you go to bed. This will help you sleep better. A sound sleep makes you healthy and happy.
4.Yoga, practiced regularly, is a great stress buster. It not only gives us the physical movement of the body, but by using this powerful breath practice we can get out of the mind and back into the present.
5.Food is fuel for the body. By choosing a more natural, whole foods diet of fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein (vegetarian or lean meats) you will function better and therefore deal with daily activities better.
6.It is a proven fact that clutter causes stress. Start the day by making your bed, and end the day with a clutter-free house whenever possible.
7.Dancing is as fun as it is stress-relieving. Dancing provides an outlet for self-expression and creativity. It helps build confidence, and the ability to express yourself in a safe environment is great for a healthy mindset. Not to mention, dancing has amazing fitness benefits as well.
8.Avoid driving in traffic hours, and simplify your life by reducing the number of commitments in your life to just the essential ones.
